Experience:
Upon graduating from Cal Poly Bill joined ValleyCrest Companies where he enjoyed a 29-year career.

During his tenure at VCC Bill served in many capacities starting as horticulturist trainee and moving up the ranks of leadership as supervisor, business developer, branch manager and being elected Vice President in 1982.Bill became Regional Vice President overseeing all maintenance operations in Southern California overseeing a nearly $25 million portfolio in 1992.

Bill served as Vice President of Human Resources at VCC for two years specializing in the area of organizational development as the primary architect for training, recruiting and performance management systems for this $500 million 6,500 employee operation.

Role at The Harvest Group:
Bill co-founded the Landscape Business Consultancy in 2007 and along with his fellow Harvesters serves companies in 45 states and 9 countries.

Bill serves as the Head Harvester of the West Coast.
