Fairfax, VA., July 23, 2024 —The National Association of Landscape Professionals announced the launch of its highly anticipated Executive Leadership Program in partnership with the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, taking place January 13-16, 2025.

The program, delivered by a team of distinguished UVA professors, is designed to cultivate and empower industry leaders to drive innovation within their organizations.

The NALP Executive Leadership Program represents a significant milestone in fulfilling this mission by providing a comprehensive curriculum tailored specifically to the needs of industry executives.

"Our Executive Leadership Program is a part of our commitment to the ongoing development of landscape and lawn care company leaders," said Britt Wood, CEO of NALP. The program curriculum covers a wide range of topics essential for effective and purposeful leadership, including negotiation and conflict resolution, financial management, organizational design, the behavioral science of employee motivation, and more. Participants will engage in expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, and peer networking opportunities, providing a dynamic learning experience tailored to the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.

"We have carefully curated the Executive Leadership Program to provide participants with actionable insights and practical strategies that they can apply directly to their organizations," said Wood.
